Alastair began as an auctioneer in 1983 and since then has worked in several industries from livestock to produce and the last eleven years in the commercial and industrial field. Having auctioned a diverse range of items from beauty schools to heavy machinery and food processing facilities we have the experience to tackle virtually any project. Over the past eleven years Alastair has run auctions for many of the major receivers and liquidators throughout the country.Alastair has recently been accepted as an affiliate member to the new Zealand Property Institute and can now assist with valuations to the institute's standard.
   

  
Trudi has ten years experience in the commercial and industrial auction industry working through from the set up and logistics of the auctions to her current position. She is responsible for the administration side of the business including being on site to record all sales and to assist purchasers to settle their accounts. Trudi brings many years of office experience and customer handling skills to the business.
   

   
Tony has for many years been principally involved in the Brokerage of Trucks, Heavy Earthmoving and Construction Equipment. Tony is the Auckland agent for Alastair Beer Auctions and has been involved in the auction industry for a number of years both in Auckland, the Bay of Plenty and Northland. Tony also has agreat deal of experience in running major tenders of plant and equipment, which has gained him many contacts over the years.Tony has been involved in the Road Transport and Contracting industries for over 40 years, having owned his own Transport company during the 1970's and was marketing Manager for Major Auckland contracting group of companies throughout the 1980's.From 1992 until 2001 Tony was with Turners Auctions Limited and was Divisional manager of the Truck and Heavy Machinery branch. This involved appraisals and valuations of all types of equipment for Auction, Receivers, Finance Companies, Insurance Companies and general asset valuations for Taxation and various asset distribution requirements. Tony still conducts regular asset valuations in his area of expertise for a substantial number of these clients.
